Career Pathways is designed to help individuals develop the fundamental skills needed to succeed in entry-level positions across various industries. Aimed at those new to the workforce, reentering the workforce, or looking to transition into a new career, the program offers practical on-site experience in essential workplace skills. It prepares participants to enter the workforce with the confidence and abilities required to thrive in these professional roles.

Key components of the program include:

  • Basic Work Skills Training: Teaching core skills such as communication, punctuality, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management, which are foundational for success in any entry-level job.
